Larne FC Women are delighted to announce the arrival of Katie Wilgar from Belfast Celtic Ladies.
Katie, a right-sided defender, brings experience to the squad having enjoyed previous stints with Comber Rec, who competed in the Danske Bank Women’s Premiership last term.
Manager William Noble is pleased to add more top level quality to his team ahead of the Championship kick-off.
He said: “I am delighted to get Katie signed up for the forthcoming season. Katie brings a wealth of experience to the squad and she has already made an impact in training.”
Katie, herself can’t wait to kick-off her Inver Park career.
“I’m delighted to sign for the Larne,” she said.
“Having spoken to William it was clear the intentions of the club were in a good place and have ambitions to be successful. That’s something I want to be a part of and I can’t wait to get started!”
