Warrenpoint coming to Inver for Premiership opener

LARNE open their Danske Bank Premiership campaign at home to Warrenpoint Town on Saturday 10th August (3pm), after NIFL revealed the 2019/20 fixtures this morning.

The encounter with Stephen McDonnell’s men is our first season back in the Premiership in 11 years and the opening six fixtures are mouthwatering.

We follow up the season opener with two derbies, making the short trip to Carrick Rangers on Tuesday 13th August (7.45pm), before welcoming Ballymena United to Inver Park on Saturday 17th.

The big tests keep on coming in the next three games. They see us take on Crusaders at Seaview, home to Linfield and then travelling to the Oval to tackle Glentoran.

The festive period is always one that fans immediately look for, and you won’t be disappointed. Tiernan Lynch’s men face a hectic schedule of four games in 10 days over Christmas.

On Saturday 21st December we travel to Warrenpoint Town, and then enjoy home advantage for the Boxing Day derby against Carrick Rangers. Just 48 hours later, on Saturday 28th December we welcome Cliftonville to Inver Park, and round it off with a New Year’s Day trip to Ballymena United.

The final game before the split, sees us welcome Coleraine to Inver Park on Saturday 21st March, with a 3pm kick-off.
