Richard Todd – Larne NISC (Larne FC Supporter’s Liaison)

When and how was your club founded?

Larne NISC was formed in 1996 in Larne Football Club, there had been some discussion for a number of years to officially form a NISC in the town and eventually we decided to give it a go, previously we ran buses to Northern Ireland National Team games under the Inver Red and Whites SC but decided we wanted to have our own identity and become an official NI Supporters Club.

What is your favourite away trip with the supporter’s club?

Larne NISC had always run buses to occasional Larne games over the years and for the last two years we have run buses to all away games, Ballymena away is definitely one of our favourite away trips!

What are your thoughts on the upcoming season?

We finished last season very strongly, it was obviously disappointing how it ended for everyone however we can take confidence with our results and style of football, with 3/4 quality signings we are more than capable of challenging for the league next year.

How do you become a member of your club?

I am a founder member of the club, it had been talked about for a number of years and eventually we decided to form the club, 25 years later were still going strong! The NISC is open to membership every 2 years, after a qualifying campaign is complete.
