We are delighted to announce this season will see a new monthly magazine launched.
The printed magazine will be on sale at each home game at Inver Park, via the kiosk in the forecourt, as well as in the Club Shop. We are also pleased to announce it will also be on sale throughout the week on Larne Main Street.
Packed with features, interviews and coverage of the entire club, from the senior men’s team, to the Academy, women’s and girls areas of the club, it will be a must read for all Larne fans.
The magazine will be in place of our regular match programme and will be launched with the September edition, available to purchase at the game against Ballymena United at Inver Park on Friday 26th August.
Media director Ian Cahoon said: “Firstly as a club we want to pay tribute to Andrew Scullion, who has stepped down from his role as programme editor.
“Under his stewardship the programme had become a top quality publication, building on the tradition the club has had for many years. It takes hours of work to put together a programme for each home game and we are indebted to him for everything he did bringing it together.
“As we move to our new monthly magazine we hope this will give us more time and space to reflect on the season as it develops, as well as get behind the scenes and shine a light on all that goes on within a full-time club.
“Our media team has grown significantly over the last few years, which has been reflected by the amount of digital content we provide. Alongside that we want to keep a strong print tradition and our new magazine will give a number of the team an opportunity to put their talent to good use.
“It’s also really pleasing to have it available to buy throughout the week on the Main Street, as well as home matches and online. We believe it will represent great value for Larne fans throughout the season and look forward to seeing the first copy when it hits the shelves at the end of the month.”
