New link with Larne Times announced

WE are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with the Larne Times to form a new working relationship with our local newspaper.

These are exciting times at Inver Park, and now you’ll be read about in the Times sports section, as well as our online presence.

Starting from this week’s edition, we will be sharing news stories, match reports and photographs.

The club’s Media Officer Ian Cahoon said: “We are really pleased to be linking up with the Larne Times.

“The Larne Times and Larne Football Club have been both a part of this community for more than 100 years.

“There are so many good things going on at the club, both on and off the pitch, and we want as many people as possible to be able to read about it.

“The ‘wrap’ around the Larne Times has been hugely successful over the last year in keeping people informed. This will now allow us to increase the weekly coverage in the sports pages as well.

“Part of what we will be sharing are Peter Wilson’s match reports. Peter is a local school pupil and has been volunteering with us since the start of last season and is doing a brilliant job.

“We also realise that not everyone has the internet to see our online content, so hopefully this will help to rectify that.”

Make sure to check out the Larne Times for the new and improved coverage from this week’s paper.
