Conor began his career at Manchester United as a 16-year-old, enjoying a loan spell at Hartlepool United.
He has also represented Northern Ireland at under-21 level and twice being called into the senior squad.
Returning home, Conor signed for Cliftonville and became an integral part of the most successful spell of their recent history.
Performances which caught the eye helped them to back-to-back titles in 2013 and 2014.
A year out of the game in 2016 followed, before Tiernan Lynch snapped him up just before the summer transfer window closes in 2017.
His performances and leadership qualities lead to him being named club captain before the turn of the year.
