Forward Ronan signed for the club ahead of the 2020/21 campaign after leaving St Pats Athletic.
He began his career in professional football in 2017 at Birmingham City, where he would go on to spend two years.
This included a loan move to Derry City, with Hale bagging seven goals in 31 games under former Larne boss Kenny Shiels.
After leaving St Andrews on a permanent basis, Ronan joined Crusaders in January 2019, before moving to Richmond Park in the summer of 2019, which would begin a year at St Pats.
The Republic of Ireland under-21 international is a tireless worker upfront with a proven eye for goal.
