The Opposition

Linfield come into the game perched at the top of the table and could potentially secure the league title with just a point tomorrow against the Inver Reds. The Blues are unbeaten in their last five games and will be looking to clinch the title at the first opportunity on Saturday afternoon.

The Inver Reds

Tiernan Lynch’s men have had a positive start to the post-split games, defeating both North Belfast clubs in the first two games. The Reds will be looking to stretch their unbeaten run to five games as they travel to Windsor on Saturday. Conor Devlin will miss out due to an injury sustained during Tuesday’s quarter final against Carrick Rangers whilst Graham Kelly also likely to remain on the sidelines.

Last Time Out

The spoils were shared the last time these two sides met back in April. Larne took the lead in the first half through Ronan Hale but substitute Andy Waterworth levelled the game late on for Linfield to ensure a point for the Blues.
