Matchday Guide: Larne v Dungannon Swifts 21st September

Sep 17, 2019 | Archive

Danske Bank Premiership football returns to Inver Park this Saturday, after a month of away fixtures and cup ties. We host Dungannon Swifts at 3pm, in what is set up to be a highly competitive encounter. Below is all that you need to know before making the trip to Inver Park for the game.

TICKETS

Tickets will be available at 1pm from the Ticket Kiosk on Saturday. Non-Season Ticket holders must purchase a ticket from here before heading towards the turnstiles, whereas Season Ticket holders can scan their card at the turnstile to gain entry. Admission will cost £12 for adults and £8 for concessions.

No segregation will be in place for Saturday’s game, meaning that Dungannon Swifts supporters will also have to purchase their tickets from the Ticket Kiosk. However, away supporters will be restricted to the seating area of the Main Stand and will have to access the game the stadium through Turnstiles 1-3 at the top of the car park.

SEASON TICKETS

Season Tickets will be on sale from 1pm until 2.30pm. As we have only played two Premiership home games at Inver Park so far this season, anyone purchasing a Season Ticket will enjoy savings compared to entry fees, if they attend games on a regular basis. Purchasing a Season Ticket also ensures a priority for any all-ticket cup fixtures, if we were to continue our cup runs in the Co. Antrim Shield and Bet McLean League Cup.

1889 SOCIAL CLUB

The 1889 Sports & Social Club will be open from 12pm, showing live football both before and after our 3pm kick-off. Our drinks promotions for this week are 4 bottles of beer for £10, and £4 for Gordon’s Gin with Lemonade, Honeycomb and Berries. The club will remain open after the game and into the night.

CLUB SHOP

Merchandise will be available from our Club Shop at 1.30-2.30pm. We will have our Nike merchandise range, matchday scarves, matchday programmes and much more on sale! Keep an eye out for our new clothing range, which has our badge on casual wear items for a non-matchday going look.

HALF-TIME ENTERTAINMENT

We will have lots on at half-time this week, with our Larne Youth 2011 age group playing small sided games, as well as our half-time penalty competition at the Church End. Keep checking our social media for details on how to enter our penalty competition and maybe it could be you taking away this week’s pizza from Graham’s.

MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

As Premiership football returns to Inver, so does our full edition matchday programmes! Priced at £3, Saturday’s edition can be purchased at the Ticket Kiosk and from our programme sellers around the stadium. This week’s edition contains interviews with Johnny McMurray, John McKinstry and much more.

SHIRT SWAP

Ever wanted a Marty Donnelly shirt and a photo with the man himself? Enter our Shirt Swap ballot to be in with the chance to win exactly that prize! Ballot tickets will be available upon entry into the main car park, priced at just £1. Your donations towards our ballot will aid the club’s charity work in the local community, with big projects to be announced in the coming months.

THE VISITORS

Dungannon Swifts come to Inver Park on Saturday tied on points with ourselves after a strong start to their league campaign. With a return of 10 points from their opening four games, Kris Lindsay’s side have seen their form dipped slightly, and will be looking to end a run of three games without a win this weekend.

We look forward to welcoming all supporters back to Inver Park for a league game after such a long run of away fixtures. Get down early, soak up the pre-game atmosphere and roar The Invermen on to back-to-back wins.
