Matchday Guide: Larne v Cliftonville

Dec 26, 2019 | Archive

Larne take on Cliftonville at Inver Park on Saturday in their second game in the space of three days, continuing through the busy festive period. As Tiernan Lynch’s men look to build on the 1-1 draw at Inver Park a few weeks ago, supporters can find out everything they need to know before they head to the game.

Tickets

Tickets will be available at the Ticket Kiosk on the day of the game and will be priced at £12 for adults and £8 for Concessions. Tickets can be purchased online here at www.larnefc.com/tickets/. We are expecting to have a large crowd at this game and anticipate that we will be close to capacity so we would urge supporters to buy their tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Parking

Supporters are advised that parking at Inver Park is strictly for pass holders ONLY. Parking facilities are available at Riverdale and First Larne Church, both of which are within a short walking distance of the stadium.

Shirt Swap

Shane McEleney’s shirt will be up for grabs on Saturday with our charity Shirt Swap ballot this week. For just £1, you can purchase a raffle ticket and be in with a chance of winning the defender’s shirt with the money going towards our very own charity, which helps to support the local community.

Matchday Programme

We have a 24-page edition of the Matchday programme available for this game, taking a look back on the fantastic year that it has been at Larne Football Club. Packed full of photos, interviews and stats from the year of 2019. It can be yours for just £2.50.

1889 Sports & Social Club

The 1889 Sports & Social Club will be open from 12pm on the day of the game, with Premier League football available on the screens. Brighton take on Bournemouth in the early fixture whilst Man United are up against Burnley in the tea time fixture.

The Opposition

Cliftonville have had a great first half of the season, being up towards the top of the table since the league campaign started in August. Cliftonville will be a tough test for Larne at Inver Park with the two teams unable to be separated in the last game at Inver Park, ending in a 1-1 stalemate.  The Belfast Reds arrive at Inver as Danske Bank Premiership league leaders.
