Linn Road Ladies visit Inver Park

LARNE Football Club were delighted to welcome some very special guests to Inver Park this week, with Linn Road Ladies Group paying us a visit to take in our new facilities.

The Group, who meet weekly at Linn Community Centre as part of an initiative run by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, enjoyed tea, coffee and treats in the new 1889 Sports & Social Club on Monday before meeting a few of our first team playing squad and coaching staff after their training.

During the meeting with the team, the group were invited to be our guests at an upcoming league game at Inver Park this season. We look forward to welcoming them back to Inver Park and showing off our ever improving matchday experience.

Thank you to Linn Road Ladies Group for coming to Inver Park and taking in our facilities.

Our involvement in this programme is the latest example of the club’s ambition to delve further into all aspects of the local community and we look forward to growing this in the coming months, as part of our new community programme.

We would also like to thank MEA Borough Council and local Sports Development Officer, John Grant for allowing us to grow a strong partnership and join in with their initiatives.
