We are delighted to announce Tiernan Lynch’s side will take on Kilmarnock in a pre-season game on Saturday 3rd July, at Inver Park.

The game against the Scottish Championship side will kick-off at 3pm, coming five days ahead of the club’s European debut.

Killie are managed by former Northern Ireland international Tommy Wright, who will be bringing the Rugby Park side to Northern Ireland for a training camp ahead of their bid to make an immediate return to the top flight.

Tiernan Lynch, meanwhile, is looking forward to the challenge of taking on the Ayrshire side.

“We’re really looking forward to testing ourselves against a very good Kilmarnock side,” he said.

“Taking on a full-time team, of that quality, is great preparation for our upcoming European games, so it’s ideal timing for the game.

“The players are looking forward to the game, and we always relish having an opportunity to play in front of our fans at Inver Park.

“Hopefully the game should also be beneficial for Kilmarnock, with their competitive season kicking off in July.”

Ticket details for the match will follow in due course.
