Inver Reds in the Community offering free tickets to local schools

We are delighted to announce that Friday’s Danske Bank Premiership home game at Inver Park will see over 700 tickets handed out to local primary and secondary schools as part of our ongoing Inver Reds in the Community and Bring One More initiatives.

The ticket giveaway will see match tickets handed out to primary and secondary schools within the Larne, Whitehead, Glenarm and Carnlough areas of the Borough, allowing for local children and one parent/guardian to attend the game free of charge who may not regularly get the chance to do so.

Community Engagement Officer Ryan McNickle said: “We have been waiting patiently for September time to come around so we can get back to working with local schools through our programmes and ticket initiatives.

“The pupils from Larne & Inver Primary School attended our summer friendly against TNS and the children created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the game – which gave us a desire to have more school children at games, more often throughout this season.

“With over 700 tickets being made available, we hope as many people as possible will avail of the initiative and can create a fantastic atmosphere at Inver Park once again.

“Our team made contact with every school in the Larne Borough and were delighted with the response and willingness of each to get involved. The tickets will be handed out on Monday 5th September and it will be up to each school to decide how their allocation is handed out internally.”

Those interested in finding out information regarding the ticket initiative can contact our club directly at ryanmcnickle@larnefc.com, however are advised to liaise with the relevant school to find out how tickets will be handed out.
