European play-offs: provisional ticket information

May 6, 2022 | Archive

Following the conclusion of tomorrow’s Irish Cup final between Crusaders and Ballymena United, the Invermen will finally know their confirmed opponents for next week’s European play-off semi-final.

With the potential of a quick turnaround in the scenario that Crusaders lift the Cup, supporters should be advised of the ticket information below to ensure they have the maximum amount of time to secure tickets for the big game.

COLERAINE (H)

In the event of a Crusaders victory tomorrow, we would face Coleraine at Inver Park on Tuesday 10th May, at 7.45pm in our semi-final.

As this is a home fixture, we will be able to make tickets available for purchase tomorrow evening for home supporters. Due to the semi-final being scheduled to take place in just over 72 hours from the time of tickets being available, a pre-sale window will not be possible for this game, with tickets going on General Sale immediately for both Season Ticket holders and non-Season Ticket holders to purchase.

While we encourage supporters to purchase their tickets as early as possible, we do not expect anyone to miss out as a result of the immediate General Sale process. Please be advised that due to competition rules surrounding a ‘split gate’ between clubs competing in the play-offs, Season Tickets will not be valid, with prices being set at £12 for adults, £8 for concessions and £2 for those under the age of 11.

CRUSADERS (A)

Should Ballymena United win the Irish Cup, we would face Crusaders at Seaview on Saturday 14th May in our semi-final.

As this would be an away fixture, we will communicate with the Shore Road side regarding ticket allocation and sales processes, with tickets going on sale to travelling supporters at a time to be confirmed by Crusaders.

In this scenario, we advise supporters to keep an eye on our official social media for updates on ticketing for the weekend encounter.
