The Trustees of the Brighter Futures Community Fund Programme were delighted to support local racer Scott McCrory last month, providing a £500 donation towards competition costs.
The Larne-based motorcyclist took part in the Neil and Donny Robinson Memorial Race at Bishopscourt Race Circuit on the 16th and 17th July, sporting the Brighter Futures and Larne Football Club logos on his helmet as he competed in four races within the Supersport Pro Class.
Having never previously raced his Kawasaki motorcycle on the Bishopscourt circuit, the young rider improved in each race over the two days, gaining two P10’s and a personal best of P5.
Everyone at Brighter Futures wishes Scott the very best of luck with his future races and are proud to have been able to play a part in his exciting journey in racing.
