A packed week at Inver Park awaits

A busy week awaits at Inver Park with a total of eight games being played at our facilities from Monday 10th October through to Sunday 16th October.

We will play host to a series of UEFA Regions Cup games throughout the week, alongside the Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup semi-final clash between Linfield Ladies and Glentoran Women.

It’s a big week for our senior men’s team also, as they face Ballymena United in the quarter-finals of the Co. Antrim Shield on Tuesday before a top of the table clash with Cliftonville on Friday night – both games once again at Inver Park.

MONDAY 10th:

Czech Republic vs Sweden, 2pm (Regions Cup)

Wales vs Northern Ireland, 8pm (Regions Cup)

TUESDAY 11th:

Larne vs Ballymena United, 7.45pm (Co. Antrim Shield) 

THURSDAY 13th:

Northern Ireland vs Sweden, 8pm (Regions Cup)

FRIDAY 14th: 

Larne vs Cliftonville, 7.45pm (Danske Bank Premiership)

SATURDAY 15th:

Larne U16 vs Ards U16, 11am

Linfield Ladies vs Glentoran Women, 6.30pm (Women’s Challenge Cup)

SUNDAY 16th:

Sweden vs Wales, 2pm (Regions Cup)

The UEFA Regions Cup is a senior competition which involving the best amateur level players representing their country at international level. Local players Matthew Devine, Paul Maguire and Ciaran Heggarty will represent Northern Ireland.

Our MEN United community football programme will also be played at Inver Park this week – kicking off at 8.45pm on Wednesday night. As always, the initiative is open to all abilities and costs £3 per player.
